Mobile App

Your program can be easily accessed through the mobile app. You can view everything from your overall program, goals, workouts, and exercises right from the app.

The app makes it easy to change and progress your program as you get better! With my help, you will always know exactly what you are doing and why.

Bi-Weekly Check-Ins

Once every other week we will get together via ZOOM to go over your training. I will give you feedback on everything from your form to internal cues that can help you get the best out of every exercise. And you can give me feedback that I will use to make the program work best for you!

These are all optional so if you ever just want to do the program and wait that is encouraged.

1x1 Hourly Sessions

Live workouts, classes, and training. I will lead you through every step of the process to make sure you get the most from every exercise. These are separate from my online coaching but can work in tandem with it.


As soon as you sign up, we will schedule an assessment call so I can get to know you and your goals. After the assessment call, I will build a custom program specifically designed for you. Once your program is complete, you will have access to the app for follow-along workouts from your program.  Along with the workouts, the program will come complete with tutorials for each exercise so you know exactly what to do.

As long as you are training with me I will make sure your program is on track to get you to your goals. Through optional weekly check-ins, videos, and your direct feedback I will change and adapt your program to keep you progressing from week to week.

After trying the Garrett Movement's beginner/intermediate program I was pleasantly surprised at how much can be done through bodyweight workouts. Usually, I don't do bodyweight exercises; choosing barbell or dumbbell workouts over bodyweight, but since the gyms are closed I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to try this video out. It was not only a refreshing way to start the day, but I found that I could do the workout 2 or 3 times a day since it was short enough. Although it was short, it doesn't take away from how challenging it was, but not overly challenging. As I said before, I don't do bodyweight exercises, so it was nice to struggle a bit with new workouts I had never done before. The workout was also very easy to follow and had easier alternatives which made it very easy to follow and to do if you are a complete beginner. Every set of workouts were very well thought out and purposeful, but also flowed well together to challenge you. I thought it was very helpful that Garrett worked out along with his audience and this made it easier to pick up the form and to complete the workouts. It was very fun and enjoyable and I now also have some very helpful warmups and stretches to do before any workout. No. I will meet you where you are and at whatever your goals are. However, if you have any health concerns you should be cleared for exercise by a doctor.
