When I was a kid I got sick with an autoimmune illness and I couldn’t do any physical activity for months. By the time I recovered, I was in the worst shape of my life, I DID NOT feel good in my body. Then I went to my first yoga class and saw someone do a handstand… That was it. Ever since then I haven’t stopped moving, I tried every form of physical activity I could get my hands on. From water skiing to weight lifting, from rock climbing to Circus arts. I wanted to learn all I could, so I educated myself about anatomy, physiology, and nutrition. I became a certified yoga teacher in 2018, a certified personal trainer in 2019 and I have trained with every professional hand balancer I could get my hands on to perfect my craft. Now I spend my time training myself, learning, and growing, and my favorite thing is the share what I’ve learned with you.
